Dear Friends of LBWF, We have just been informed by the wonderful group that has helped us with the trees and shrubs we’ve planted at the foundation, that they will be closing down.  They have offered us trees for a very low price of $100.00. We are hopeful that we will raise enough funds to purchase several trees at this very low price. We all know that the doggies will need shade from the hot, desert sun that will soon be upon us. Trees are vital to protecting our wonderful rescue dogs from the sun, wind, rain, and, of course, the occasional snowfall. But, we can’t do this alone…

We need your help.  The economic crisis in our country is hitting everyone incredibly hard and rescue groups like ourselves are not immune. In fact, the need for help has become even greater due to the many animals who are victims of home foreclosures.
